In one of the lecture talk series by Mufti Ismail Menk, its really struck deep inside my heart.
what's the matter?
about your salah. did you know your salah?
the meaning is.
"When you know the meaning of your salah,
you will not want to stop and you will not want to get your head off the ground
because now you know
I am plugging in, with the One
whom I'm going to return to
because my Ultimate aim of existence is
to meet Him,
one day, that's all"

Allah saying in al-Baqarah:153
oh you who believe! seek help with patience perseverance and prayer; for Allah is with those who patiently persevere
